Master Bedroom: Features a King size bed, gas fireplace and Smart TV with an En-Suite Master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.



Bedroom 2: Features a King size bed with a Smart TV.



Bedroom 3: (second master bedroom) Features a Queen size bed, gas fireplace and Smart TV with an En-Suite large bathroom with jetted tub & separate shower. Great views

Free Big Bear Trolley:



Mountain Transit`s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.



Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.



Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.



*Views: Amazing views of both ski mountains & lake. Front of the house looks out on boulders & upper level you can see Baldwin Lake area.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.



If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.



Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
