Amazing property with fantastic amenities for a large group or family like ours. Check in was delayed by 45min because it wasn't ready. We asked for additional 45min to check out since our access was delayed and was rejected. We were told next group is coming and cannot give us additional 45minutes.
So we were short changed because the next group was important. Property was dirty so we reported the uncleanliness, they just said "sorry, we will notify the cleaning crew to do a better job next time"...again, we are stuck with the messy cabin. Lastly internet did not work. The wifi network and password on the "check-in" report does not match. I emailed the management company and they never replied/responded. I called and they walk me through and got 1 connected, 2nd one still failed to connect. Cabin this large with speed of 24MB is not sufficient. Oh well, management is not going to fix...we were stuck using our data on our phones. Cabin location is great, we had a great time but management needs to do a better job accommodating guest wanting premium experience in this Big Bear GEM.
