Extremely nice lady at the front desk. She was helpful and efficient. Got me checked-in super quick and answered all my questions. Room was on the second floor and I had a cute view. Room was updated/remodeled, clean and modern. Shower water was nice and hot. Ac worked fine (it’s with a remote) . TV is a smart tv allowing you to access and stream whatever you’d like. I came in late around 11 and was checking out the next morning. Called and asked for a late checkout and she allowed it. Will definitely visit again. Also, loved the decaf coffee that’s complimentary in the room. It was perfect for my morning.

We really loved our stay. They’ve updated a lot of the amenities. Price was amazing for an 8 minute/.5 mile walk to the main strip of town. We’ll definitely be back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the essentials I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking right in front made everything so convenient, and check-in was quick and easy. The A/C worked perfectly, and I had a great night's sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

I rented the place on a dirt bike and trip for a couple of guys, because of the good value. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and they are in the middle of upgrading the place with modern amenities, electronic coded entry systems for the doors. Beds were super comfortable, shower work great and the place was clean. The room was missing any hooks for hanging jackets but I'm sure they well at those soon. Super easy access to downtown Big Bear village area. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for one night and I have no complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and location was amazing. The outside of the building is a little rundown, but the rooms seemed to have been updated recently. If you’re looking for a place for a quick trip this is definitely worth it.

The rooms look completely updated with all new bathroom fixtures and great décor. The interior was done really well, and the room looked exactly like the photos. I especially loved the new, adorable fridge. Heat was tricky to turn on. Will remain a mystery My only call-out was a very strong cleaning scent (Fabuloso). If you don’t mind a strong chemical smell, everything else is solid.

I’ve stayed here on two occasions for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, providing exactly what I needed for a short visit. While the accommodation is basic and doesn't offer much extra in terms of amenities, it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stay. It's not ideal for a longer stay, but if you’re just passing through or need a one-night stopover, it’s a solid choice.

The hotel looked to be partially renovated, and the staff was very kind. Inside the room, it was a cozy size, and the bathroom was clean and surprisingly higher tech. The toilet has a remote lol. Our stay at Studio Nine in Big Bear Lake, California, was a delightful experience. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. As we unloaded our vehicle and headed upstairs to our room, my significant other realized we had forgotten the check-in slip with our room code. Before we could even reach the stairs, a kind woman who had checked us in kindly asked if we needed anything. She promptly jogged over to the front desk, returned up the stairs to our waiting spot, and kindly provided us with a second check-in slip with the code and details. Her warm smile and thoughtful gesture made for a truly memorable customer service experience. We had booked the premium room with a king-size bed, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy and newly renovated, featuring a microwave, a small refrigerator (standard size at most motels), and a nice-sized television. The king-size bed was spacious, firm yet comfortable, and boasted a large walk-in shower. However, be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as the bathroom only has hand soap by the sink. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location of the hotel. Everything in town was within a pleasant walk or a short drive. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room was lovely and cozy, but it might feel a bit cramped for larger groups. The loveseat in the room was comfortable for sitting, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it. Room was beautiful, very modern, newly renovated, Very clean room and bathroom. Only downside arw the walls, they are too thin, you can hear everything next door. Need insulation foam between rooms, but wiill definitely stay again. Outside needs improvement, look old and outdated but with some paint will make it 100% perfect.
