From the garden, you can easily access the pathway to the swimming pool and games room facilities, as well as the child's play area in the shared garden.
Throughout the property, the exposed stone walls complement the modern interior. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge.
The living room has two comfortable sofas, a Freeview TV, a Roberts digital radio and a DVD player located below the south-facing window that looks out to the garden and rolling Devon countryside.
