"Welcoming hotel with helpful receptionist. Spacious room modern decor. Very comfortable. Courtepeil steak restaurant 2 min walk. It was just a stopover for us so very convenient to autoroute. Nice walk to coastal path and beach. "

"We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant. We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for. I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon". At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room. The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day. So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could. So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory."

"Was very centrally located for walking Bayonne. We parked our car in a public lot (key card provided by the hotel for 15 euro charge) which was 1 minute away from the hotel and didn’t pick it up again until we left Bayonne. The town is small and very walkable. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. Shower was excellent. No complaints at all. Would happily stay there again without question. "

"Initially we were not told that we should reserve for parking, so finding where we were to park was confusing; however, the lot was fine and we were charged 2 euros! The hotel is a design dream. Crazy that you can see into the bathroom, but it works. The club on the top floor is fun with a great view of the city. The staff is very patient and friendly."
