"We booked two rooms for 1 night as we have an excursion the next day. We booked mainly because the reviews were good and they had airport transportation to give us the ease of getting to the hotel. However, even after confirming time and flight information and us giving them notification when we landed and they confirmed someone’s waiting for us at the airport no one came. We tried messaging through Expedia and did not get a response. Good thing we had the hotel number and was able to reach them...

"An ok stay for one night before joining a boat excursion. Staff friendly and helpful. Just be prepared that it is right along the road and is noisy late into the night and from early in the morning. This does make it convenient for local food and drink options. They provide ear plugs in the room and the sound proofing is fairly effective. It was perfectly comfortable for a night, AC good, bed comfortable. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay again unless for a short stopover due to its convenient...

"This was the second location I stayed at in Labuan Bajo. The location is conveniently located and overall spectacular. Only downside is it's noisy. My first few nights were on the beach in a more secluded area. Just depends on what you are looking for"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite being 10 minute taxi ride away from the centre of town, Pavilla was a peaceful sanctuary where we could retire to our comfy aircon room or liunge by the pool."
