Unbeatable position with amazing sea view, good bed, everything we needed and a helpful hostess. Lack of access to the balcony (they are checking a possible safety problem) did not turn out to spoil our stay at all.We had a great stay!

"Superb accommodation, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting Biarritz. The decor of the apartment is wonderful, not to mention being immaculately maintained. The facilities, such as the shower, kitchen and cooking implements are all brilliant. The complex the appartment is in is also very nice, peaceful and quiet as well as having a private swimming pool with fantastic views is a great selling point. We also enjoyed walking up and down the coast during the day and in the evening, when it is fairly quiet and relaxing. In terms of location, it is a little out from the centre of town but we enjoyed the 15 to 20 minute walk and the distance means it is very quiet at night, apart from the calming sound of the waves! Getting the bus into town is also very easy and useful when short of time. Overall, a beautiful apartment and very relaxing place to stay that offers the perfect base from which to explore Biarritz and the surrounding areas."

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Claude l’appartement a une vue splendide il est très confortable pas besoin de bouger la voiture pour aller à la plage.la résidence est très calme. Je recommande et j’espère pouvoir y retourner pour un nouveau séjour

Appartement très bien situé, calme avec une très belle vue mer. Mais balcon étroit avec store hors d'usage. De plus certains équipements mériteraient d'être réparés. J'ai écrit 2 messages au propriétaire au sujet des défauts, mais il n'a pas daigné me répondre...

Magnifique.

On a passé 1 semaine formidable dans ce petit studio,parfaitement agencé et décoré avec gout.Tres bien équipé Il ne manque rien.La vue sur l’océan est exceptionnelle ,même sous la douche (qui est immense),on aperçoit la mer grâce a une vitre (qui peut être obstruée a l’aide d’un store).L’appartement est idéalement placé,on peut accéder a 2 plages differentes grâce a un accès privé.Un arrêt de bus est tout proche pour aller dans le centre de Biarritz en quelques minutes.On y retourneras car on ne se lasse pas de cette vue et du bruit des vagues .

Studio moderne, conforme à la description avec accès direct à la piscine et à la plage. Echanges parfaits avec le propriétaire, confiance et bienveillance. Grand Merci ! Très bon accueil de Claude, la personne en charge de veiller à notre bonne installation. Elle s'est assurée avec beaucoup de discrétion que tout se passait bien et elle nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visite. Excellente semaine, seul regret la canicule qui a conduit à des températures élevées dans le studio.

Très beau séjour

Accueil et explications du fonctionnement de la résidence au top. Propriétaire et concierge très gentille. Le studio est super beau, très bel emplacement avec la vue de la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. On a adoré. Seul bémol, peut être un inconvénient pour les véhicules type suv, 4*4 avec des coffres de toit, car les places dans la résidence sont très limitées et les pzrkings extérieurs ont une hauteur très limitées. En tout cas nous recommandons vivement cette belle location.

Là tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté luxe calme et volupté

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce petit appartement situé dans une belle résidence équipée d'une piscine et d'un court de tennis. Le studio est très bien équipé, aménagé avec goût et se situe au dernier étage d'une résidence de 3 étages face à l'océan. La vue est réellement magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Le centre de Biarritz est à 2 km, facilement accessible par les bords de mer. Seul petit bémol, les places de parking difficiles à trouver au mois d'août. Le propriétaire, Monsieur Pulis, s'est montré très disponible. Bref, une invitation au Voyage.
