Un très bon séjour avec une équipe souriante et dévouée. Hôtel idéalement placé, à deux pas des Halles et quelques pas de plus du centre et de la plage. C’était super !

A beautifully elegant hotel with a friendly professional staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. I would return without hesitation.

Le charme de l’hôtel et les salariés ont été très fort agréable. Le petit déjeuné été un délice. Cependant l’espace bien être n’as pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Payant pour les voyageurs de l’hôtel et très petit appartement. Nous gardons un super souvenir de ce séjour dans l’établissement.

Parfait

Une seule nuit dans cet hôtel de charme idéalement situé en plein centre. Tout le confort dans la chambre. Déco très sympa. Seul bémol, comme toutes ces vieilles bâtisses, ça résonne et craque de partout 😄 Personnel extrêmement sympathique et au petit soin, merci à tous de votre gentillesse. Je reviendrai, Biarritz sous un beau ciel bleu c'est le paradis. Pour ma première fois j'ai été gâté.

EXCELLENT quaint hotel!!!!!!!

Beautiful family run hotel. The lady at reception upon check in was very pleasant & helpful. The hotel has a beautiful decor and has a relaxed atmosphere with old grammaphone playing chilled music in the hallway. We really felt at home whilst experiencing the true french living.The Hotel is very close to the shops and beach. The room had everyfing we needed.The hotel also accommodated an early check which was great. We lost our card for the Indigo carpark and the hotel rang ahead and resolved the issue for us. We didn't try breakfast but we would most definitely recommend staying here👌 It was also great value for money! Thank you for such a memorable stay.

La situation de l'hôtel est très bien. Chambre 11 extrêmement bruyante (porte et plafond non isolés). Nous avons dû abréger notre sejour, à cette annonce le jeune homme à l'accueil a changé d'attitude nous reclamant un document officiel. Quand je lui demande de quel document il parle, il me répond "ça s'apprend à l'ecole". Imaginez ma stupefaction. A mon sens, la Formation du personnel n'est pas à la hauteur de l'image que souhaite donner l'hôtel. Dommage !!

A few issues when we stayed here

Firstly the good, the hotel was clean, tidy & comfortable, with a nice shower. Good location, easy to walk to lots of restaurants and the beach. However, the room was smaller than expected, also the hotel advertises on street parking outside, however this is not free and very expensive. We ended up parking in a public multi story, therefore, could have widened our initial search of hotels, to many more (as most other hotels, honestly list that they don’t have parking). Then the worst thing of the stay, was that a 4 digit code is needed to get into the hotel main front door at night when there is no one on duty, and we were given the wrong code written down. which obviously we didn’t find out until we tried to get in at night. There was a button to press to speak to someone, which we pressed multiple times and no one answered. I tried telephoning the hotel’s number and no one answered, so we were stuck outside the hotel in the rain, facing the possibility of having to see if we could find another hotel for the night. Thankfully after the multiple button pressing, telephoning and myself and my wife debating what to do next, another couple came back to the hotel, who had the correct code! I completely understand that someone might make the mistake of writing down the wrong number, but surely if a hotel full of guests has no one on the premises at night there should be some way to contact someone in an emergency. Gratefully, on complaining we were given free breakfast.

魅力的な建物と家庭的なスタッフ

6月下旬に1人旅にて2泊しました。 昔ながらの建物でとても魅力的な雰囲気です。 清潔感もあり落ち着きます。 夜も静かに眠れました。 私が宿泊した部屋はコンパクトな造りですが 大きなスーツケースを広げるスペースもあります。 クローゼット、小さなデスクと椅子、ドライヤーもあります。 コンセントはベットの下と洗面台の上に１個ずつありました。 無料wifiありますが部屋の位置によっては弱い場所もあります。 トイレはカーテンで仕切られているだけですが１人でしたので問題ありませんでした。 シャワー室も広くはありませんが手持ちシャワーヘッドでしっかり温かいお湯が出ます。 部屋にバルコニーがあり、天気が良い日はとても気持ちが良かったです。 何よりもホテルのスタッフが家庭的で親切です。 陽気で明るいお父さんはフランス語、スペイン語、英語少し通じます。 若いスタッフの方々は英語も通じます。 彼らとのコミュニケーションがとても楽しかったです。 朝7：30～12:00、15：00～16:30の時間帯は受付がいますが それ以外の時間は玄関が閉まっている場合があり、玄関の暗証番号が必要になります。 チェックインがこれらの時間以外になる場合は事前に連絡した方がよいと思います。 他にも色々なタイプの部屋があるようですので 2人での宿泊の場合でも問題ないと思います。 魅力的な建物と明るい家庭的なスタッフのホテルです。 また次回も利用したいです。

très bon séjour malheureusement un peu court pour profiter de l'espace bien être. Une seule petite remarque pour le petit déjeuner qui est de grande qualité mais un peu juste dans les choix. Nous reviendrons.
