「Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

「The room was very clean, the bedding was fantastic, and the views from my room were spectacular. The restaurant food was average and didn't have several of the menu selections I wanted. Service at check-in was quite slow, with nobody around for the first 30 minutes after my arrival when I found myself all alone. 「In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect.
