This was a little paradise. We had a convenient cabin on the beach. Ben, the ownwer, cooked especially for us and made a good breakfast with fresh coconut. It was next to the start of the tour to Nzuzelezu, which was our purpose for staying here.

Awful

Booked the family room but on arrival I was told it was already booked and the Beyin eco resort does not use Hotel.com. I was offered a small, smelly dirty room, with dirty sheets. They said they didn't have my booking money and would have to pay for the small room. Hotel.com lived up to the reputation on trust pilot, no help and then just ignored my emails. Limited options in Beyin but the Tenack Hotel really helped me out and with a great discount

Einfach, sauber, ruhig, günstig, geräumige Hütte, sehr hilfsbereiter Ben. War sonst kaum jemand da, daher kann ich nicht sagen wie es ist, wenn viele Gäste anwesend sind.
