The family-friendly vacation home Haus Leenja is located on a 1,400 m² property in the village of Beverungen. Here, at 200 meters above sea level, you can leave everyday life behind and unwind. The unobstructable view from the Schnegelberg in three directions will put a smile on your face day after day. The energy-saving house is located directly on the high-altitude hiking trail. The cozy apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen in noble country style with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and SAT-TV.

Enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the entire village and the mountains from the wrap-around balcony with an area of about 36 m². On the barbecue you can prepare fresh meals and enjoy them in the company of your loved ones. The apartment also includes a private covered terrace, an outdoor shower and an outdoor sauna for relaxing evenings. You can admire the beautiful view in the shared garden.

The nearest supermarket is 550 meters away (2 minutes by car or 6 minutes on foot). A small selection of restaurants and a bakery can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Hike on the high hiking trail of the Weserbergland, which passes directly below Haus Leenja. A special experience is the varied hiking tour "Wo der Bock zum Gärtner wird" (Where the goat becomes the gardener), which leads you over the heights around Dalhausen and Jakobsberg over mountain meadows, through lush deciduous forests and cool stream valleys. After 21 minutes by car you can reach the Weser-Skywalk and the Hannoversche Klippen, a viewing platform with a beautiful panoramic view (14 km). You can also visit Krukenburg Castle, 16 km away, or the German Huguenot Museum, 17 km away.

Parking is available on the property and on the street. A garage is available for your car. Pets are not allowed.

Super schöne und toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Lage.

Pros: Am besten hat uns die Sauna gefallen und der grandiose Ausblick. Außerdem die herzliche Terrasse und der große Wohnbereich mit Küche. Cons: Die Tür zum angrenzenden Treppenhaus der Mieter des Hauses hat eine Scheibe durch die man die Nachbarn sehen kann. Das nimmt die Privatsphäre und macht es sehr hellhörig.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Pros: Das Anwesen liegt am Rande des Ortes, in ruhiger Lage. Das Grundstück wirkt sehr gepflegt. Der Garten und die bepflanzten Abhänge, die große Terrasse und der kleine Teich sind liebevoll gestaltet und es gibt viel zu entdecken für Kinder. Tischfußball und Dartspiel können kostenlos und jederzeit genutzt werden und die kleine, private Sauna war ein Traum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Heizung und Rollläden sind komfortabel zu bedienen. Autostellplatz in Form eines Cupboards war ebenfalls inbegriffen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hell, mit allerhand Gelegenheiten zum lesen und anhören: Literatur und Wissenswertes ergänzen sich hier sehr gut, man kann ausgiebig stöbern und findet dennoch jedes Mal etwas Neues, an dem man hängen bleibt. Der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich zugewandt und sympathisch, wir würden bei Bedarf sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen, wenn wir wieder einmal in der Gegend sind. Alles top, vielen Dank.
