「無人チェックインで戸惑ったがなんとかなる。ただ無人なため問い合わせが自分の電話でする方式で、国際契約をしていなかったので国際電話することになった。しかしスタッフはフレンドリーでとても良い感じだった。 部屋は広くお洒落で眺めも良い。シャワーブースが扉を閉じても水が溢れてしまって大変だった。細かい点のホコリが気になる。キッチンが使い勝手がよい。しかしヨーロッパ全体で言えることらしいが、包丁が切れない。 主要駅へのバス停が徒歩数分で便利。お洒落レストランバーが併設。地元の人が言うには治安は微妙なエリア。 全体的にはまた泊まりたい快適で便利なホテルです！！」

Was etwas hinderlich war, das waren die Stechmücken, diese haben sich immer selbst eingeladen. Aber mit regelmäßigen Schutzsprays, konnte man dem etwas entgegenwirken. 「Toller Ferienpark in ruhiger Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen und Probleme hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super. Wir waren fünf Tage da und haben das Gefühl nicht annähernd alles gesehen zu haben. Auch die Ferienwohnung ist super Ausgestattet und sauber. Immer wieder gerne!」

「Cottage très bien équipé, très propre, très lumineux et situé à côté d'un petit plan d'eau magnifique. Personnel à la réception très agréable. Cependant, deux petits reproches : - les voies d'accès ne sont pas entretenues, beaucoup de boue suite aux nombreuses averses que nous avons subies. - pas de tri organisé pour les déchets, ce qui n'est pas très normal.」

「ユトレヒト中央駅のすぐ近くにホテルがあり、すごく便利でした。中心地にも徒歩で行けますし、アムステルダムに泊まるより断然リーズナブルなのに最高でした。また、お部屋も清潔で快適です。Wi-Fiの繋がりがあまり良くなく、スマホは一度も接続できなかったため、星4にしました。 でも、また泊まりたいなと思えるホテルです。 駅近でモールやスーパーも付近にあります。ただ1点注意なのは、近くのスーパーはVISAやMasterという大手クレジットカード会社でも使用ができません。サービスカウンターに行けば、現金での支払いが可能ですが、まさかクレジットカードが使えないて盲点でした。他店でも使用できないところがありますので、入店する際に確認した方が良いと思います。後で知ったのですが、オランダではデビットカードが主流なのでクレジットカードが使えないお店があるみたいです。 ガイドブックではあまり詳しく紹介されていない都市ですが、都会ですしここにしかないセレクトショップもたくさんあります！とてもおすすめです。 」

受付の対応がとっても適当です
"また、部屋にsafety boxがないので、受付にありますか？と聞いたところ、受付で預かってくれました。これもチェックアウト時に確認しましたら、何を言ってるのかわからない、と上記受付に言われて、顔面蒼白になりました。上司に電話をしていましたが、その上司もわからないようでした。仕方がないのでフロントに入れてもらい捜索して、自分で何とか見つけることができました。こういう大切なことはきちんと従業員同士で引き継ぐべきだと思います。 また、フロントで傘を借りました。借りた際に、デポジットとして10ユーロが必要だが、傘を返せばその10ユーロは不要です、と説明されました。しかしチェックアウト時の受付が、これはサービスチャージだから払え、デポジットなど意味がわからない、と強硬な態度を示しました。これについては、上司に連絡をすることもありませんでした。飛行機の時間の関係で諦めました。 なお、部屋は物凄く狭かったです。また、冷蔵庫がありませんでした。バスタブもありませんでした。机がなくて仕事ができませんでした。他の方もそうだったようで中庭で仕事をされていましたが、雨がよく降りますので、ちょっと厳しい感じでした。 部屋の掃除は綺麗でした。チップは不要でした。 "
