"The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust...

(We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "Parking was difficult as you have to park on the promenade. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff are brilliant, every one of them couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. All toiletries are of very high quality as is the dining area too. Would certainly recommend this hotel."

"I was meeting up with some friends in Llandudno and picked this hotel as it's dog friendly. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. I had the bonus of a seaview too. The check in lady was very friendly as was lady next morning when I checked out. I was meeting my friends for breakfast so I can't comment on it but it smelled good! "
