「Staff was very nice, the power went out on our second night which promoted us to have to leave and they were very accommodating to credit back our nights stay. The breakfast is the best I've had. The lady working it is one of the sweetest people there!! I just wish they offered fruit or cookies throughout the day like other hotels we have stayed at. Pool is definitely on the smaller side compared to other hotels but worked ok for us for this stay. I would definitely stay again! 」
「Along side the Snake River, and its coast and falls, the hotel enjoys a wonderful location. Near the hotel, a 15-min walk along the river, there was a nice restaurant Copper Rill. The breakfast of the hotel was fine typically with omlet and baked bacon but no salad. The washing machine works well. My room (1st floor) faced the road and it was covered by a long-houl truck stayed in front of my room during a night. Since there was a driver's sheet in front of my room, I could'nt open the curtain...
「I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff.
