Delaware Seashore State Park and Coin Beach are both less than five miles from the home, and you'll have windsurfing, golf, mini golf, and nature trails all close by, so you'll never run out of fun things to do during your stay.
This family-friendly home is all about outdoor living as well, with a 30-foot private unheated outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to September 30th) that is ideal for cooling off after a long day on the beach. The enclosed backyard, where the pool is located, also boasts an outdoor dining area to dine alfresco, poolside beach loungers, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Play a game of basketball in the driveway, where there’s a hoop. Or you can lounge on the back screened-in porch, which overlooks Fresh Pond and Joshua Cove. The main living space offers a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
