新しく改造されたキッチンが2つある大きな家を借りて、24人が眠ります。家族やグループには、5つのバスルーム、7つのベッドルーム、2つの居間、ランドリールームがあります。 ビーチまで1ブロック、ショップやレストランまで3ブロックしか歩いていない便利さをお楽しみください。

家は運河沿いのウォーターフロントにあり、家族でピクニックするためのフェンスで囲まれたゲート付きバックデッキがあります。 バックデッキにはオーシャンブリーズとガスグリル、3つの大きなダイニングテーブル、24人にウォーターフロントディナーを提供するためのたくさんの快適な椅子があります。

ラタンの家具とビーチスタイルのキルト、ベッドカバー、壁のプリントで美しく装飾されています。
教会グループ、男性のゴルフグループ、シャペロンを持つスポーツチーム、および家族はすべて、そのサイズと場所のために家を借ります。

Really nice property. Tons of dishes and cooking equipment. Lovely patio looks at water. We had an age range from 8 to 80. There's a spiral staircase so it wouldn't be good for anyone with limited mobility..

The house situated across the highway, a short walk to the beach, makes it a perfect location for the beach vacation but this home is clearly “just a rental”. Cluttered, aged, jam-packed with older furnishings to the point it’s hard to navigate or congregate. The house was advertised as 8 bedrooms but there are only 7 bedrooms. The second floor den and first floor nook sleeper sofas are a plus but it is sleeping in the common areas. The spiral staircase in the middle of the leaving area is not safe for the kids or elderly people. The duct-taped and freshly painted (without warning sign) staircase rails did not make navigating the stairs any more comfortable. The house rules should be provided before booking is made. Washing even 7 sets of bedsheets and towels takes half day of your vacation due to the washing machine quitting periodically. Family and friends made the weekend vacation – as always. Very liked the outdoor patio – where we found the space to gather, unlike inside the home. But overall, this property unfortunately was nothing special.

Great location, well stocked, convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, a wonderful trip. We would stay again. A few minor things we noted: Table and some chairs downstairs in need of repair/replacement. Handrail on spiral staircase doesn't seem sturdy, especially towards the lower end. Downstairs curtain rod attached to wall via duct tape.

It’s a large dated home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms reasonably priced in a great location. The owner, Nancie, was very responsive and even offered to go above and beyond what was offered with the rental. It met our family’s every need.

The house was perfect. Roomy , cozy and very clean . It was a perfect ambience for our first family vacation since my husband’s near death stroke 2 yrs ago. The beach was as described one block away , beautiful and peaceful. My children, their spouses, grandchildren brother in law and sister had a blast. There are so many places and activities nearby for all ages . We are looking forward to going back next year.Our host responded so promptly to any questions we had. Awesome house , awesome host. The house was fully supplied with all daily necessities and more.

This is a large dated home but in an amazing location with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The owner is very reachable and responsive. Downside is the spiral staircase in middle of house but great to have two kitchens. Air conditioning is wonderful; water pressure very good. We’ve had two wonderful stays at this property for our very large family

We had a fantastic week and enjoyed the beautiful water views from the house. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy meals both inside and outside, and it was a quick walk to the beach. The owner is very kind and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We wanted to do something together with our children and grandchildren. 14 people total. This house had plenty of room for all of us. Conveniently located. Just one block from the beach. Also boat docking behind home. Easy access to the bay.

Was very concerned based on previous reviews. We were happy when we arrived. It is a beach house and what we expected. It accommodated our needs just fine. It is a great location and loved the outdoor yard!

My family has used Home Away and VRBO for vacation rentals many times over the past 10+ years with great success. Never a complaint until now. This house was the perfect location and size for 17 adults, a 7 year old boy and two dogs for the early June Assateaque Island wedding of my son and daughter-in-law. However, the cleanliness and maintenance lacked. There were cobwebs, dust bunnies and dirt built up everywhere. Remnants of past renters were found on bathroom walls (toothpaste or shaving cream), around furniture (partially empty drink containers and food wrappers), chairs in disrepair in the dining areas both inside and out, broken toilet seats in two bathrooms and the stairway hand rail was not repaired properly and could be dangerous if a person was not careful. The dirt and disrepair was not expected based on the $300 cleaning fee and our entire party agreed if there was more attention paid to cleaning and maintenance this property would be beautiful. I hope the owner is able to make the changes necessary to make this rental the showplace is has the potential to be.

Good size for family. GREAT location. Well equipped. Property needs deep cleaning and some TLC. On site maintenance man was terrific. Back deck had holes that were not good for little feet.

A lot of deferred maintenance made our stay uncomfortable at times. The outside deck needs alot of attention. Many tripping hazards. Cleaning crew could do a better job. We found empty beer cans behind a bed along with a old water bottle and dirty tissues. There was spilled coffee on one of the bedroom floors. Outdoor deck and grounds had trash in many places. Wifi did not work the whole time we were there. Our grandson who does IT called the number left and it still didnt work. We had to use a hot spot to get anything working. There was not a big enough space for all of us to sit comfortably, without sitting at a kitchen table. It was close enough to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The maintenance man was prompt in fixing the broken fence and returned after the storm to see how the property fared.

Location great, one block to the beach and you can get anything you’d need with a 10-15 minute drive. Beach was very nice and overall the property fit my groups needs almost perfectly. Only downsides were that there was a very strong smell throughout the upstairs of the house upon checking-in and the house could use a deep cleaning. Would recommend to any group.
