Property is well maintained, with all the required amenities such as Swimming pool , kitchenette having appliances like gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc are available. Caretaker Mr. Naresh was extremely helpful and took great care of all the visiting members. Overall , a perfect location for a family stay with beaches in near vicinity. 」

「Awesome villas and great staff. Each villa is assigned with dedicated staff that do the regular chores of maintenance. The villa is little far from beach and the 5bhk villa does not get sunlight hence the pool is too cold. Rest the rooms, cleanliness, customer service etc all were awesome.」

「The place seemed nice, but on the first night there was an emergency and we had to leave. The beds had barely been mussed, as we had only been in the house for a few hours. The manager said he would work with us on the rate, but then demanded full payment afterwards. If he had been honest at first, it would have been understandable. But I feel that lying is unacceptable. I cannot recommend renting from dishonest people.」
