Situated near the lake and forest, this 3-bedroom holiday home in Besse has a private swimming pool for cooling off and is pet-friendly. It is ideal for a group of 6 or families with children to stay.

Enjoy long walks in the nearby forest. You can discover the monuments and shops in Villefranche-du-Périgord at 5 km and also explore the castles in Dordogne. Nun, was soll ich sagen? Das Haus ist alt, sieht alt aus und ist wirklich französisch. Was uns am meisten überrascht hat, ist, dass einige Gegenstände wirklich ersetzt werden müssen, wie zum Beispiel ein verrosteter Grill, durchgelegene Sonnenliegen, eine Duschkabine oder eine Bratpfanne (wir haben nur noch unsere). für die Mieter nach uns) und ein paar weitere Gegenstände, die nach Jahren der Nutzung ersetzt oder renoviert werden könnten. Wenn die Toilette oben gespült wird, rülpst Luft in der Toilette (dabei handelte es sich nur um Luftblasen). Der Boden im ersten Stock knarrt ziemlich stark. Er wurde nicht einigermaßen gut gereinigt, aber eine Toilette sollte nicht riechen und es befanden sich Staubflocken unter dem Bett Erwarten Sie nichts anderes als alte Decken, aber wir haben bei U-Express diesen U-Express-Supermarkt mit günstigen Treibstoffvorräten gekauft. Es gibt ein kleines Wespennest über dem Eingang, aber wir hatten überhaupt keine Probleme. Das Haus ist voller Holzwürmer und ich denke, das war im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes keine sichere Idee Wir sind unter der Schutzhütte angekommen. Jeder hat seine eigene persönliche Erfahrung. Die Aussicht ist großartig und der Pool ist etwas veraltet, aber es war wunderbar, darin zu bleiben Um die negativen Punkte schnell zu überwinden und einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu verbringen, nein, nicht mehr in diesem Zustand. Das Haus selbst 2 Sterne, Schwimmbad und Garten 4 Sterne, durchschnittlich 3 von 5 Sternen.

Echter heeft het wel een dringende opfrisbeurt nodig: de volledige bovenverdieping is onbruikbaar door de hout worm en de vloer ligt zelf scheef, waardoor je met je hoofd naar beneden ligt als je in bed ligt. Ook de bbq en zwembad hebben een verouderd gevoel. Eigenaars waren wel heel vriendelijk.

Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek aan het einde van een kleine landweg. Het is er erg rustig en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Iets hoger gelegen naast het huis ligt een groot zwembad wat elke dag door de zoon van de eigenaresse wordt schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Het huis zelf viel ons helaas tegen. Doordat het houtwerk op de bovenverdieping vol zit met houtworm kunnen de vier bedden op de bovenverdieping niet gebruikt worden. 's Nachts valt er zaagsel uit de balken naar beneden en lopen er mieren en andere beestjes in de bedden. Het lawaai van de knagende houtworm is zowel overdag als 's nachts permanent te horen. Daarom heeft een van ons op de bank in de woonkamer moeten slapen. Verder is het huis slecht onderhouden en vies. Het is lange tijd niet schoongemaakt. De ligbedden naast het zwembad waren allemaal gebarsten en vies. Op de dag van vertrek beschuldigde de eigenaresse ons ervan een ligbed kapot te hebben gemaakt en probeerde zij ons hiervoor te laten betalen. Hoewel de locatie geweldig was komen wij hier niet meer terug.

Het huis ligt buiten Besse, we moesten daarom zoeken naar het huis. De verhuurders zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is erg rustig en dat is heerlijk om bij te komen. In de regio is veel te zien. Tip bezoek pizzeria 'La part belle' in Besse, goede pizza in prachtige omgeving.

Zeer mooie en rustig gelegen woning. In het midden van de natuur, aan het eind van de straat. Wij hebben echt een zalige vakantie achter de rug. Het huisje is heel typisch en charmant, en ook goed uitgerust met nieuwe toestellen. De onderste kamer is wel wat vochtig, maar door de open raam richting tuin was dit een ideale speelplaats voor onze kindjes die ook wel graag wat verkoeling zochten. Het overdekte terras en het zwembad waren de kers op de taart!

Prachtig oud huis (16e eeuw) in prachtige landelijke omgeving. Het huis is eigendom van de plaatselijke boer en boerin. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Boer Guy komt elke ochtend het zwembad schoonmaken. Het huis ligt echt afgelegen aan een doodlopend weggetje tussen de weilanden en maisvelden. De koeien staan in de tuin. Zeer veel privacy en rust. Het huis zelf is echt oud met nog aanwezige oude vensterbanken e.d. Verder is het wel gemoderniseerd vwb sanitair en elektra. De inrichting is wat je kan verwachten in dit type Franse landhuizen, oud, oubollig, of ook wel genoemd 'past bij de stijl van het huis'. Bedden zijn wel matig, niet geschikt voor personen boven de 1,80 (zoals ik zelf). Slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping (er zijn 3 verdiepingen, middenverdieping is de woonlaag) zijn ruim. De slaapkamer op de onderste verdieping is ruim maar ongeschikt als slaapkamer. Dat komt omdat deze verdieping half in de grond ligt en daardoor erg vochtig/muf ruikt. Alsof je in de kelder slaapt. Maar verder is het een prima huis, geschikt voor 4 personen, prachtige locatie en erg aardige eigenaren.

Mooi authentiek huis, ligt erg landelijk en afgelegen. Prachtige omgeving. Dorpje om kleine boodschapjes te doen ligt op 10-15 minuten rijden, grote supermarkt op half uurtje. Huis, tuin en privé zwembad is van alle gemakken voorzien, maar kan wel een beetje onderhoud gebruiken. Eigenaresse woont iets verder terug naar de straat (op boerderij) en spreekt alleen Frans. Als je een stukje authentiek Frankrijk wilt, veel rust en een beetje Franse slag wel kunt waarderen, dan is dit een heerlijk vakantie adresje!

Maison trop éloignée du village. Piscine sale. Lave-vaisselle contenant des nouilles. Poutres vermoulues par des insectes et les résidus tombant sur les lits et la table de salon. Téléviseur non fonctionnel et réparé 3 jours après notre arrivée. Flexible de douche de la baignoire raccordé par un ruban adhésif. Chambre en sous-sol très humide ruisselant sur les murs et le sol.
