You will be staying in a 6-room villa that spans across two levels and covers an area of 140 square meters. The property was recently renovated in 2022, offering comfortable and modern furnishings throughout. On the first level, you will find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, a double bedroom, and a room with two beds. Additionally, there is an exit leading to a balcony. The open kitchen on this level is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower, bidet, and toilet on this floor.

Amenities Included
The upper floor features another living/dining room with sloping ceilings, a panoramic window with TV, and air conditioning. There is also an exit leading to a balcony. You will find a double bedroom with a fan and a room with one bed and one pull-out bed on this level. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and four induction hot plates. There is also another shower, bidet, and toilet. The villa is heated using gas heating, which is available from October 20th to April 8th. Additionally, the property utilizes solar power.
