「外観から内装全てが美しく、どこを眺めてもうっとりしました。部屋は清潔でとても静かです。ホテルスタッフの挨拶が気持ちよく、気さくに英語でお話ししてくれました。小さい息子へのぬいぐるみのプレゼントにはとても感動しました。朝食も質が高く美味しかったです。機会があればまたぜひ泊まりたいです。」

「Great place to visit」

「Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...

「When check out time came, my baby was still taking a nap. So I requested 30 minutes delayed, she accepted my excuse. And she asked me how was your baby’s nap. A little kindness made me happy and glad. She said come to Poland again, as if I could come to Zakopane I would like to stay this hotel thanks to her. 」

「２回目の宿泊。今回は、クロッカスのために宿泊。ホテル近くのメルキュールホテル前からバスに乗り(6ズロチ)終点まで行って、2時間歩けば放牧場に。地図を見ながら、観光地の説明あり。シーズンオフでも盛況。前回はベランダから東側が見える部屋だったが、今回は西向きの部屋。正面の南向きはいくらの料金か？ エレベーターがあるので便利。シャワーは満足。連泊したが、タオルの交換があった。朝食は今回も満足。朝食は７時半から１０時。」

「We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too.」
