Great stay in center of town

Beautiful hotel in the center of town. The room was very nice, with a beautiful view of an inner courtyard. The staff were very lovely. A great stay!

In the middle of the pedestrian zone, this place was really nice. Access by car was a bit awkward due to many barriers to access the zone, but once we were in, it was great. Nice (if somewhat dated) amenities in vintage surroundings, gorgeous dining room, excellent breakfast, lots of things to do all around. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Nice hotell in central location. We brought our electric car and had it parked on the closed inner yard. The provided charging was however very weak (maybe 2 kW)

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi reception was very poor. The staff were professional, but not particularly warm or welcoming. The exception was the person who did the breakfast. She was very friendly and kind.

Great location, cozy hotel, very quirky. Rooms are tiny but adequate for a night or 2. Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t book it and went to a bakery across the street for amazingly fresh tasty pastry and freshly made tea and coffee for half the price of breakfast in the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again.

Nice City Boutique Hotel in an ancient building. Charmed Rooms and good to have minibar and coffee included. Parking is a big problem, because there are very few parkingspaces and you have to go outside of the innercity to find a public parking.

Air conditioning was not working although the hotel have it and it was 30 Celsius. Stuff explained that the hot weather is only for 2 days... But we stayed at the 2 hot days. Was difficult to sleep. Bed are not confortable.

I was so impressed with the 10/10 reviews and the huge focus of car parking and breakfast that I booked this hotel; only to find that both of these involved considerable extra payments. Also no bar no restaurant, no air conditioning, and no room service is not 10/10. It would also have been helpful to have been told in advance that the route to the hotel involves more obstacles than the Grand National. There’s a secret passage that is only known to the locals.

Hôtel très très mal insonorisé. Dès qu'un voisin lève le pied ou discute dans sa chambre, on entend tout. A la réservation, longtemps avant, nous avons demandé 2 chambres les plus proches possible pour nos enfants. Finalement leur chambre était dans une autre aile. Notre chambre pour 2 personnes, ne comptait qu'un jeu de serviette. La place de stationnement pour véhicule électrique est à réserver d'avance et coûte 10 € de plus (c'est pas très commerçant). Pas une bouteille d'eau mise à disposition dans la chambre. Notre machine Nespresso ne marchait pas. Au final cet hôtel est très cher pour ce qu'il est vraiment. J'avais mis 2 étoiles avant de commencer à écrire mon commentaire, finalement ça ne mérite qu'une étoile. Les 2 points positifs sont le lieu plutôt sympa et la salle de petit déjeuner.
