"We really enjoyed our stay in this 4th-storey apartment. The use of video by the hosting rental agency made the contactless check-in process quick and easy to understand. A bit more advanced communication about the check-in process would have been appreciated. Usually we have gotten contact from hosts about check-in 2 or more days in advance of arrival. "Really liked the apartment, great location in the picturesque part of town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby including the lovely Konrad bar on the ground floor of the apartment building. It's well equipped, has rooftop views, and is surprisingly quiet. The one thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of spiral stairs to get up to it and the final flight is very narrow with no handrail which would be difficult to negotiate with large/heavy suitcases! "

"Nothing extraordinary, or below average report"

"We stayed in the Gallery room, it was absolutely massive, even by North American standards. It had great AC that was silent, and a number of sitting options that were comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine with pods and full kitchenette, but there wasn't any plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Shower was really great, however note that bathroom sinks are not directly outside the toilet room (the kitchen sink was, but it had no soap). The TV doesn't rotate, despite being on a pole, so you can only watch it from couches, not from bed, missed opportunity. Breakfast was premium/very high quality, but the staff told us it wasn't included, despite out email/booking saying it was. The staff didn't seem the most helpful, even though they were friendly. The breakfast not included thing left a bit of a sour taste, and a lot of the times we went down to ask something no one was there. We did however get a credit for the snackbar with our booking, which was really cool and nice as we were able to get some beers and snacks. This hotel is outside of the city in the middle of a business park. There was likely bus service for free, but we were there on a Sunday and never saw it. We didn't use any spa services, so we can't comment, but it was a very nice place regardless and felt upscale."

"We had an excellent stay here. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We took bus 29 to/from the airport and it was a very short walk from the stops. To go to city center we just jumped on a bus, one stop and we were there. The free trams / busses combined with the mobiliteit.lu app made it so easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean. The nightstands had ports so we could keep our phones charged. There was a kettle with an assortment of tea / coffee. We brought an adaptor from home which was supposed to be universal but wasn't and the front desk loaned us one. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the street and we never heard a sound, very quiet. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we only had one night to explore the city and this was the perfect base. The staff are wonderful, all so friendly and helpful. There was an annual giant funfair starting the night we stayed and the hotel gave the children a toffee apple each to celebrate! Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Would love to have stayed longer!"
