Perched on the bank of Broughton Mill Creek & only 500 meters from Berry centre

Perched on the banks of Broughton Mill Creek and situated only 450 meters from the town centre is a romantic oasis for two.
The Berry weekender (or midweek stay) is situated where Alexander Berry established the first Berry village in the early 1800's. Your secluded modern accommodation faces north to the sun with a private verandah overlooking the creek.
This studio style bungalow is set in the green garden of one of Berry's most historic cottages - built as the residence of the first Berry Policeman, and is only about 5 minutes walk along Queen Street to the cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops in the Berry township, and around 10 minutes walk from the Berry Railway Station.
From your private verandah you might see the platypus, water dragons, wild duck, fish, skinks, possums and many varieties of bird that the creek and the tropical plants and features of the garden attract.
YOUR FACILITIES ARE MODERN with:

Leave your car behind and saunter into Berry for great coffee, shopping and eating experiences. Avoid parking and stroll to the Berry Market (held on the first Sunday of each month) or Farmers' market (every fortnight). You might even like to be pampered at one of Berry's massage salons. Or take your car to visit one of many local wineries, beaches, swimming pools, townships, bushwalks or coastal walk only minutes away. Jervis Bay with its famous beaches such as Greenpatch, Murrays Beach. Hyams Beach and other lovely swimming and picnic spots, such as the Currarong Rockpool are approx 40 mins drive away.

Wonderful stay!

The location was very close to downtown and also the Willow Farm. The entire place was super adorable and the patio overlooking the river was a great touch. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet spot amongst nature near the town centre

This place is a beautiful and snug hideaway tucked amongst the greenery of Berry. A short walk away from the town centre and a quick drive to the coast, the stay is in the perfect location whilst also feeling secluded and calm. We loved the cabin, it had everything we needed and waking up to the bird song and sounds of the creek were such a treat.

This place was so beautiful, we had such a wonderful weekend away.

I would like to thank Sally for letting us stay in her very special little spot in the heart of Berry. From the many selective tea's that were on offer to the fresh delicious biscuits. We found ourselves painting canvas's out on the decking sipping on tea while surrounded by so much nature and the sound of cicadas. We got to see some wildlife at the property which was exciting being greeted by mrs possum at night and some baby bats also. It was very secluded and private this was fantastic as we felt very alone in our space. I will definitely be back and we will be recommending the weekender to all our friends.

Berry weekender

Place was private, clean and peaceful. A touch smaller than I had thought but the bathroom was large with robes and lovely towels. I shared some pics on socual media abd and had at least 6 friends ask me for the listing details! Sally was a great host too, providing bubbles and chilled glasses and easy to contact if needed.

The perfect Weekender with Every Little Detail ❤

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The gardens are gorgeous and the property is immaculate and decorated beautifully Sally has thought of everything from a welcoming bottle of prosecco to chargers if you left yours at home and slippers! Sitting on the balcony listening to the river flow by and the birds makes you feel like your in the hills of Bali. Only a short stroll to town and even shorter to the wedding venue we were attending which happened to be across the road, Perfect! Thank you for opening your garden and little Weekender to us, we will definitely be back :)

Magical

This little cottage feels like it came out of a paradise dream! The location and surrounds are magical, like you are teleported to a different world of peace and serenity. I absolutely loved the bushy green feel all around. Everything to do with the cottage has been thought about and placed with love and care. My favourite things - the cookie jar - the little table and chairs facing the creek, on the deck - the oranges basket with the juice (I made myself a cup in the morning) - and the heated floor Thanks you..we will be back!

A beautiful studio with lots of special touches. Sally is an excellent hosts and goes over and above to ensure your stay is perfect. The area is very peaceful and the back deck is protected from the elements. Situated an easy walk into Berry, a weekend here is highly recommended.

Sally was such a great host! The small touches she added really elevated the entire experience. The weekender was so relaxing with some beautiful views from the back deck and the garden was so peaceful. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again next time i'm in Berry.

Peaceful weekend
