Interaction with Guests:
Thanks to its unique wildlife population, Buchet Deer Park is one of the most popular destinations in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. Various herds of wild animals, totaling about 200 animals (red deer, fallow deer, and mouflon), roam the expansive pastures.
A romantic loop trail offers an intimate glimpse into the animals’ behavior—and even provides an opportunity to feed them. The best times to observe the animals are in the early morning and in the evening.
