Utilities are included, but end-of-stay cleaning is not. For long stays, please contact the owner via the booking platform for a reduced rate. Weekly rentals are available at a discount, and in July and August, rentals are only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.



Bed linen is not provided; you can bring your own or rent it on site (available for an extra fee per occupied bed, includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels).
