「I think it is a hotel with a nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Upon arrival, they offered us welcome drinks. I was grateful and it was delicious since I was thirsty. There is also a bottle of filtered drinking water in the room. Moreover, there is a shared kettle and espresso machine in the hallway. It is nice to be able to drink coffee or tea freely. 「 Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel. 」

「We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.」
