"A great place to stay in the hidden gem of Spiez. Rooms were on the smaller side but fine considering we were not in the room much. Free breakfast was awesome! The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room. "Older hotel that has not been renovated but was clean and the beds were comfy (most important!). Decent amount of space in the room. Disappointed that the AC was not working during a heat wave. The pool looked really nice. Overalll a nice stay and happy breakfast was included. I understand it is high season but not what I would call worth $400/night."
