「We loved staying in the cottage! It has everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect. A short walk to the market, diner, ice cream shop and bus stop. And a nice walk to Horseshoe Bay. Allie and Aaron were the most wonderful hosts! Aaron met us and gave us great information about the area. They responded quickly any time we had a question. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back! 」

「This was the second year our family stayed at Marley Beach for Christmas. It was a fabulous stay on a private beach, the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The beds are very comfortable. Great location easy to access all the beautiful beaches in Warwick. 」

「Chris & Gail & Tilly were super friendly & helpful. Offered up communication for any inquiries, requests & information. Provided everything needed at this little pool house for a relaxing & pleasant stay. I felt like Goldilocks as everything was just right. Down to the temperature, pillows & toiletries. This property is close enough for transportation, the beach, nature & grocery. I would definitely recommend staying here & would consider securing this accommodation again should I revisit...

「First time VRBO users vs all inclusive or cruises, but that anxiety didn't last long. Loved the acccess to busses and ferries and the supermarket was well within reach with a bus stop right there.Christine even offered to pick up groceries and put them in the refridgerator for us, but we didn't know what we wanted and planned on eating out alot..Having a private dock and beach was a plus.Very secure and we never even locked our doors.Another very pleasant thing was how kind the locals are, young...

「Overall a lovely stay. The boathouse is perfectly located. Fun to have the waterfront beach area with kayaks and sups. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had a bit of a rainy time this week, but the covered patio was perfect to enjoy the Sound views. Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to BDA after honeymooning here thirty years ago. 」

「Loved the house and location. Kitchen was well appointed for meal prep. The view of Harrington sound was Fantastic. Use of the kayaks was a major plus. I recommend cruising to the cove on the east end, excellent fish sightings. We were able to swim off the dock and the nearby public dock which was only a few yards away. Grocery stores were close by. Cornell was a great host. We would easily stay there again on our next visit.」

Truly a wonderful location at a beautiful place and kept by terrific people. My wife and I had issues regarding a taxi & groceries that Natalie went the extra mile to correct. 「Property was extremely clean and tidy on arrival. Very comfortable and a good location. Thomas was a great host, very polite and very helpful. Would recommend this property and Thomas to anybody. Thomas went above and beyond for my stay, letting me check in early and check out late, he organised scooter hire for me as well as taxi to the airport. He even brought food in for me one day which was a lovely touch I must say. 」
