"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...

"It was perfect all of the team had their own room and space yet we could mingle for all meals, drinks and we were able to utilise the TV for presentations. The beach and path are right out the front door. Simmone and Mark were excellent and helpful. "

"Wonderful location opposite Bermagui marina. Sea breezes. Fantastic verandahs. Enormous yard. Dogs allowed and it has a fully fenced yard. Ocean beaches, river, parks, shops all within a stone’s throw. Bermagui locals are wonderfully friendly. The house isn’t modern. But it’s well over 100 years old. And for me that brings a wonderful style. With the location, a bark hut would suffice."

"Our family loved our stay at 128 lamont st, its got a wonderful location, straight across from the jetty (we actually caught 5 fish straight off the jetty, the biggest brim our daughter has ever caught)and boat ramp with very pretty sunrises and walkability is great, we would walk down to the cafes at the wharf within about 5 minutes and to the local park. "We stayed at the Bermagui Beach House for five nights with our dog and it wasn't long enough! The property itself is fabulous with really nice touches including great quality toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner and even a Netflix account. The location is fantastic with two amazing dog beaches close by - our morning ritual was to wander down and give our girl a great run. "On first arriving at the property I was surprised at how long the grass was. We actually drove past the house at first glance because we didn’t think that could be our accomodation. There was dog poos in the front yard aswell. Once in the house it was neat, well appointed and as advertised. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property and would probably stay there again."
