There was not a single thing I could find fault with this hotel. Immaculate decor everywhere with high end fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel and its rooms. Only a very short walk to the U-bahn and other trains made it a fantastic place to have as a base to get around Berlin. Definitely recommend this place!

Very comfortable.

Very comfortable room, other than the ac which is not cool enough and not adjustable. Everything else about the hotel was great though, and the breakfasts are well worth it. Great location too, easy to get around.

Very well situated, basically next to the Gesundbrunnen HBF, which is one of the central hubs in Berlin. Want to go to the city center? To the Museuminsel? To Potsdam? To Sachsenhausen? All easily accessible from Gesundbrunnen. There's also a mini fridg and the shopping center with many restaurants or grocery store options right in front of the hotel. The only negative point was how hot my room was. It made it hard to sleep since it was so hot, even when I was setting the room temperature at 17-18C. The cleaning staff kept bringing me new towels everyday for an unknown reason, even when I placed the towels on the hook. At the end of my 4 days stay, I had 3 shower towels.

Nice, comfortable

This was a very nice modern clean hotel situated close to a metro stop. My only issues were that the front desk helps see minimal and at one point there were six people behind me online to check in. Also, when came in the front desk use their card to allow them in the elevator. It didn’t work and for 10 minutes they just went up and down and nowhere the right way. Perhaps the issue was that was the difficulty but it was frustrating to wait so long. At one point in the evening, I phoned the front desk and literally no one answered and I let it ring for over a minute. The coffee makers provided in the room they do not provide any kind of creamer. And while you can get some from the restaurant, it means you have to exit the hotel walk outside and around the building to get to where the restaurant is . Also, the shower is a beautiful porcelain that looks like slate, but I found the floor very slippery when wet and no grab bars for older people.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy with a variety of different pillows. Check-in was a self-service tablet which failed and wasted everybody's time. The hotel was mostly quiet at night other than a bit of banging from the room above. The hotel rooms are air conditioned however the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted individually. The room was still too warm for me to sleep on the first night and they do not provide fans. The staff were efficient however and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is very close to a large shopping mall with everything from Aldi, fashion shops and a Media Markt which was handy because I needed a power bank. It also has a food court. The train station is also very close by with multiple train connections and an underground station on the U8 line which provides quick and easy access to Alexanderplatz where many of the main attractions are situated, with quick transport connections to the rest of the city and beyond.

Everything was perfect .. as expected from this hotel. It looks pretty just from the outside already.. and same from the inside.! The check in took no more than a few minutes, since you have to do it yourself (with assistance from reception) Next time I will try out the breakfast / or dinner since it looks nice too . The bed was so comfy. Nothing to complain about.
