The room was clean comfortable and warm, the beds comfortable too. He bathrooms and showers all in good condition and clean,. The sound proofing could be better and i noticed no firedoors.

There is a shared shower and toilet, other than that everything seems great! Location is 3 stops from Alexanderplatz, so it is well connected if you are traveling to Berlin.

I had single room. The intrerior was nice, clean and modern. I missed the short way to toilet and the possibility to switch off light from inside the bed. The surrounding was very calm and tram or bus can be reached quickly.

Great place for the price

I thought it was a great place for the price, nothing to complain about. The bed was much better than I thought and the lady in the reception was so nice! Had some questions before regarding the late check in and they always replayed within a couple of hours and the check in online was really easy. Would have been nice with a bench or some chairs outside

This is a budget friendly option for guests who prefer more privacy than a hostel, but it is not as quiet nor convenient as a hotel. The walls and floorboards are thin, so you can hear the other rooms and showers (which are separate from the room). Definitely bring earplugs if you would like a good night’s rest. The location was not the best, the transit options are a 10 min walk, but the transit (tram) are quite unreliable and slow. I would choose an accommodation near the metro next time. Also, there is not much around the hotel, which I suppose is reflected in the price. On the positive, the staff and cleanliness are very good, and the neighborhood itself is quiet.

Very good stay you get what you pay for definitely. Slight negative is it’s quite far from the main parts of Berlin but there’s there’s tram stops literally a 3 minute walk which can take you into alexzanderplatz which you can pretty much get to anywhere in Berlin from so overall would recommend!

I stronglu recomment for everybody not to reserve thos hotel. Thos hotel cannot meet any purpose of certain type of journey. I am strongly convinced that this spot never be hotel, and , I think, it is the worst choice for anybody to be accomodated here. It is first time for me to experience such extremely bad hotel for my whole life

Does the basics well!

This is a basic hotel but great for fleeting visitors like myself. There are individual rooms with shared bathroom facilities - there are plenty on each floor, and the facilities were very clean. Never had to wait to use the toilet or shower. Check in was simple. Access to the hotel outside of reception hours was by keypad which was easy enough. Key swipe card for everything else. Free WiFi on each floor which worked very well. Reception does offer coffee, but there no facilities in the room for this - thankfully this is not a problem as it is 2 minutes from two decent cafés which are very pleasant (Café Melon does an excellent breakfast). The hotel got in contact with simple to follow directions which was very much appreciated to a stranger in a new city! Other facilities nearby include a launderette, handy for prolonged stays. Would gladly stay again. Great value for money.

I wouldn’t stay here if someone payed me. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, but unfortunately that’s the only nice thing about the hotel. The entrance is sketchy, you first have to enter a dark hallway with long doors, then walk through another long, dark courtyard to reach the hotel. Once you arrive, there is no elevator (which is winding, inconvenient with heavy luggage, and also poorly lit). The room was clean, but the mattress was extremely thin. There was no extra lock on the door (usually on all hotel doors). The entrance door to the bathroom was open to anyone (no scan or code required). Bathroom was not clean, and smelled quite moldy. Lastly, when I went to use the blow dryer (that I contacted the hotel about prior) it did not work and I had to leave the hotel with wet hair on a cold day. Had to switch hotels the very next day. I wish I had listened to the honest reviews and saved my time.

die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit egal ob Rezeption oder die Hausdamen. absolut empfehlenswert für einen Kurztripp nach Berlin. Wir kommen gern wieder da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Alexanderplatz ist fußläufig nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit dem nötigstes ausgestattet. Die Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer waren aber teilweise sehr dreckig. Für 1-2 Tage in Ordnung, aber ich würde keinen längeren Aufenthalt dort buchen.

Kleines niedliches Hotel. Gute Lage, das Hotel liegt im Hinterhof daher hört man den Strassenlärm von der Hauptsrasse nicht. Gemeinschaftsbäder waren ok wurden aber von einigen Gästen nicht so sauber hinterlassen wie sie es vorgefunden haben. Wir hatten ein zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten nr 13 war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider passte der Verdunklungsvorhang nur über einen Fensterflügel daher war leider kein ausschlafen möglich. 2. Verdunklungsschal und alles wäre supi. Leider waren auch bei beiden Betten die Matratzen durchgelegen man rutschte automatisch in die Kuhle zudem spürte man dann auch noch das Lattenrost. Auch da ist es durch einen Austausch möglich den Mangel schnell zu beseitigen. Personal war sehr nett, das Gebäude ist sehr schön dekoriet und eingerichtet.

Die Lage und das Hotel waren sehr gut. Sehr sauber. Das Problem war das Bett und die Kissen. 1x1m Kissen, worauf man nicht schlafen konnte. Die ganze Nacht konnte man kaum schlafen, da das Bett unbequem war. Ich stand mit ruckenschmerzen auf.
