Rooms are spotlessly clean a good size the only downside is the bed is two singles put together but the separate when you turn over during night and then you nearly fall between them that's the only criticism the staff are friendly helpful couldn't do anymore for you really breakfast is probably what they would eat here in Germany decent continental .

The hotel was nice and clean. However, there were teenagers drinking outside til 3-4am and the soundproof was quite bad in the room. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning staffs or customers, but it was really noisy with furniture dragging from 9am, too.

As we stayed here during the recent heatwave it would have been good to have A/C but unfortunately it did not. The rooms are very hot and it got worse they higher floor you are on. Breakfast buffet has a reasonable selection and the hotel is otherwise perfectly adequate for a short stay. Good location if you are going to an event at the Olympic Stadium.

I paid for an IHG hotel and got a Hostel. I guess I’m expecting a certain standard, reinforced by the price. For a few more dollars I could have stayed at the JW. I should have. Don’t get me wrong, the place is OK, for a hostel. Staff was great, breakfast good, and as clean as you would expect for a hostel. If you want to stay at a hostel, this place is great. If you are looking for a hotel up to par with “western” standards, this is not it.
