There’s a lot of coziness in the quiet. Blazing flames in the fireplace, a large forest, and your own sauna. Whether you’re alone or in a group of three, everyone will find what they’re looking for here. Our forest bungalow has 40 m² of living space and sits on a fenced-in 500 m² lot directly across from the forest. It features a cozy living room with a kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Relax in the on-site sauna with a relaxation room, or sit comfortably on the covered or open-air terrace in front of the house. Swing in the hammock or snuggle up in the cozy, large bed. Visit numerous nearby attractions thanks to the good transportation connections or the nearby RE7 regional train station, which is just a 15-minute walk from the Waldbungalow. But the best part is taking a walk through the vast forest right outside your front door.

Welcome to “AUSZEIT.”
In our house rules, you’ll find all the important points necessary for a harmonious stay.

/You may check in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. You will be given a set of three keys (for the house, gate, and storage shed) for the duration of your stay.
This set will be collected on the day of departure. Please do not under any circumstances give the keys to a third party or leave them in the mailbox. The loss of any keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the cost of replacement.

/Please remove your outdoor shoes at the door.

/Before departure, please return the used dishes to the cabinets after washing them and leave everything as neat and tidy as you found it. The grill must be cleaned after each use.

/Do not take any wood from the garden. If you plan to use the wood-burning stove, please purchase the necessary firewood, briquettes, and kindling from the nearby stores.
Burning paper or any other materials is prohibited.

/To maintain good neighborly relations, we ask that you observe the quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.


/We ask that you treat the rental property with care, keeping it clean and in good condition. If you cause any damage, please contact us so that we can address the issue and ensure the upkeep and preservation of our rental property.

/The entrance gate should always be closed and locked. This helps prevent damage from break-ins and ensures your safety when moving about the property alone. We, the landlords, are not liable for the loss of your valuables.


/To prevent unpleasant odors and/or mold growth, we ask that you ventilate the rooms adequately. We recommend a single, thorough ventilation session of no more than 10 minutes after cooking or showering.

/The trash bins are located in the entrance area of the property. Trash must be sorted into general waste, paper, plastic, and glass. Harmful liquids or hygiene products must not be poured down the drains, as this can cause clogs.
