Feel free in a 140m² loft apartment as only possible in Berlin! The loft is located in a former printing works directly on the Spree, and is very spacious with 3.6m high ceilings. The apartment combines a lot of space on several levels with hidden rooms and offers a large living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 sleeping alcoves, 2 toilets and a shower.
A special highlight is a swing and a cozy tree house room.
The centrepiece of the loft is an approximately 100m² living area with kitchen and plenty of space to relax and get together. There are 2 classic bedrooms with a total of two double beds and 3 guest single beds. In the living area there are also two sleeping alcoves (separate room without a door), each with a double bed. From the spacious living area you can reach a plateau and the "tree house", which is equipped with 4 mattresses. In the living room there are also 3 sofa beds on which another 4-5 people can sleep. The entire accommodation can therefore accommodate up to 20 people.
The bathroom with separate shower and toilet rooms is very practical for larger groups. The 2 sinks can also be reached independently of the shower and toilet rooms, so that all facilities can be used in parallel without being disturbed.
If the bathroom furnishings are still not sufficient, you can book an additional bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink for just €100.
The accommodation is located directly on the Spree and offers a wonderful view!
You have the loft all to yourself. You have your own entrance via the stairwell.
In the same building there is an artist residency with regular house concerts, jam sessions, exhibitions and much more. This means that you have the creative life of Berlin right on your doorstep. You are welcome to come along to the events or relax in the evening with a cocktail on the Spree!
We are a team of 3-5 people who lovingly look after the loft and our guests.
I am your host Alexei and am available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
If I am not available, my friends and relatives, such as Eliza and Alexander, are on site.
This means that during your time in our loft you have contact persons around the clock who will be with you in 5 minutes if you need anything.
Please note:
Berlin charges a City Tax for day visitors. All guests must pay this tax in cash upon arrival, except for school groups (who must sign a form to be exempt from the tax).
The tax is 7,5% of the booking amount and is payable upon arrival.
