「We had a lovely weekend in Berlin visiting family. The home was perfect for us and in a great location. It had everything we needed and was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to both Berlin and Ocean City. Bill was a great host. 」

「Nice room, although pretty stark. Clean modern bathroom. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Only downside was a noisy conversation about 2 AM taking place in the lobby area that kept me awake for the better part of an hour.」

「Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks 」

「This hotel was OUTSTANDING!! Staff were super responsive and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Close to beach and downtown and some even closer pubs and restaurants within 200 yards. Breakfast was full and attended to by 2 wonderful ladies. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「Breakfast was great, assuming you can find somewhere to sit. Bar was under renovation and no one said we would be across the street at the annex hotel, where there is no staff, except housekeeping, you have to cross the street to have breakfast and good luck finding a seat! We had to go on a hunt to find an ice machine since the one on our floor didn't exist, parking absolutely was awful, our "city view" was of a barren parking lot and a very tired rooftop. Oh and lets not forget tge bathroom...

「The host sent very complete instructions on how to access entry and turn everything on thru the panel box. I was grateful for that. Also, I contacted him via messenging bc I needed the Wifi password. He replied within minutes. That was appreciated.」
