  • Just renovated in the summer of 2024, this charming 2-bedroom home in the private gated community of Assateague Pointe is the perfect spot for your next vacation. The home features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave, two TVs with Roku, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Assateague Pointe offers a wide range of amenities, including two large outdoor pools, a recreation room and clubhouse, a fishing pier, stocked ponds, complimentary paddle boats, playgrounds, picnic areas, and more. Conveniently located just four miles from the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island, and right next door to Frontier Town—a Western theme park and water park—with West Ocean City’s restaurants and outlet shopping just minutes away. Occupancy is limited to six guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.
