「It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues.」

There was red make-up smeared on the wall in the bathroom. The shower head dripped so much it was getting out of the shower onto the floor and causing moisture damage to the floor and molding. the wall behind the couch looked like it was crumbling apart at the bottom and there was a burn mark on the door molding where the washer and dryer was...

「We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.」

「The building was decent. There is no designated parking onsite but found a spot right in front. The view was nice. The rental has the potential to be really nice. However on our stay, there were holes in the walls, the pillows were brown, the plaster was smashed off the window sills, mold on the window sill. The host was very responsive and I would recommend them. But this property needs some work done.」
