"Pleasantly surprised to find this little gem off the road from a long trip. It was clean, staff friendly and even made jokes. Breakfast area is small, looked good. We ate at a local restaurant in town and love Berkley Springs. It was a fun stop over on business trip."

"This was a last min weekend getaway, an I absolutely LOVED it the price was reasonable for a last min holiday weekend, very clean, very friendly, the area was quite a peaceful. The town was only 7mins away from the resort were you could shop an eat, as well as seen the history of the town Berkeley springs very beautiful. Would definitely be visiting again."

"We were pleasantly surprised, the couples cabin was just what we expected, so nice! We felt right at home. We loved all the details and decor. The king size bed was very comfortable! We had no problems working the TV, even found the first NFL game on Thursday night. The wifi worked most of the time on our phones, was good enough for us. We had a fire one night, was so nice having the wood supplied. We had no problems with anything, and the owners gave us plenty of detail instructions how to find and access everything we needed.it was a wonderful 3 night stay!"

"The house was beautiful with lots of space for the eight of us. The kitchen is well equipped. We especially enjoyed meals on the screen porch, time in the hot tub and star gazing on the deck. Jackie is an excellent host and very responsive "

"We enjoyed our stay very much at Retrievers Retreat! 2 senior adults and our very small dog, Bailey. Cabin is well kept and not too far into the woods although it is up on the mountain. Liked the condiments in the cabinets, coffee and powdered creamer, teas provided, although we did not use them. A nice wine fridge too! The bed we used on the main floor was very comfortable, and we liked the lighted mirror above the bathroom sink, shower has body wash, shampoo and conditioner in hanging bottles. Hand and Body lotion bottles in the bathroom too! Sheets, pillowcases, towels provided. There is an upstairs loft bedroom, and basement beds and a game room and a lower patio deck. We enjoyed the main porch deck in the back watching all the deer on the property. I could go on..... but I'll just say this much more, we would highly recommend this cabin! Claudio answered my questions in a very timely manner and politely, (thank you!) We would definitely return! "
