「Upon entry staff were super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping did an excellent job. Overall the hotel was very well maintained and super convenient to explore the city.」

「Nice hotel」

「I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The showers weren’t great, and the bathtub was pretty cracked. The floors were also really uneven and slightly slanted, which honestly felt a little scary. Other than that, everything was fine.」

「Very nice hotel with excellent staff」

「This hotel was unique and rustic. Bar staff was nice. Check in process took awhile. Very small room.」

「This is the second time I confirmed a reservation and got there and they made me drive to find a lower level hotel and room at the higher rate than I had booked for their room. It's unethical. I don't know how they get by with it. The manager and staff don't even offer to make it right when you have a confirmed reservation. They just tell you they are sorry they overbooked their hotel. It's totally unacceptable. I should receive a full refund.」

「The staff were incredibly kind. It was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. I would love to come back here again someday. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Dallas/Fort Worth. I would recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you so much!」
