Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 「Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. 「Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again.」
