The hotel may be centrally located, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. It’s surrounded by bars that stay open until 3am, and the noise throughout the night was unbearable. I barely slept because I was constantly being woken up by shouting, music, and people outside. It got so bad that I had to ask reception for earplugs just to try and get a few hours of sleep. While the rooms initially look stylish with some unusual designs, the cleanliness and maintenance were shocking. There were dirty footprints all over the bathroom floor and several tiles were literally peeling away from the wall. It felt neglected and poorly maintained. I was staying here for a business trip and expected a comfortable, professional environment, but this hotel was the complete opposite. If I return to Bergen, I will absolutely be staying somewhere else.

Everything was great! This was the 4th hotel of the trip and easily my favorite so far. Great location, helpful staff (helped me find a laundromat nearb), room (while a funky layout) was clean and comfortable with ample space to organize my belongings.
