"The staff was friendly and very accommodating-there is a public transit stop just 2 minutes away on a major bus route that makes local travel really easy. There are two grocery stores within a couple blocks and a number of places to eat close by with a broad selections of local and international tastes. We had a room with two twin beds as I was traveling with my granddaughter - there are few hotels with that option- the room was small but comfortable and had an enclosed balcony-there is no refrigerator, microwave or air conditioning like in typical US hotels - but for Salzburg it was very pleasant and comfortable and I would very much recommend it "

"View from the room was stupendous. Restaurant staff were delightful and professional. Food was excellent (with the exception of the ribeye) A/C in the room would not get cold and lighting controls were fiddly and over engineered. "
