La proprietaria evla sua famiglia erano sempre lì a disposizione per aiutarti su ogni cosa. In hotel andava bene tutto.

Pessimo local

Nada pior poderia ter acontecido. Pensamos em alugar um espaco "só para dormir" e acabamos nos estressando mais ainda. Dificil acesso ao apto, pois em Bergamo ha 2 locais completamente diferentes com o mesmo nome de rua (e nao fomos orientados pelo dono do apto). O taxi ficou procurando o local e no final descobrimos q era mais longe da estacao ferroviaria. Qdo chegamos no apto o proprietario nao estava la e chegou uns 15 mins depois. Pessimo cafe da manha (eu nao chamaria aquilo que ofereceu como cafe da manha). E sem acesso do apto ao aeroporto (nao ha taxi disponivel). O dono do apto ofereceu carona por 15 euros - uma viagem de 10 mins... e ainda se atrasou para nos pegar. Enfim... nota 1. :(

Calcolando che avevo preavvisato il mio arrivo dopo le 24:00 mi è stato detto che al mio arrivo ci fosse srato qualcuno per il check in, cosa non avvenuta in quanto mi sono state date direttive da telefono... Cosa che poteva essere superabile, il mattino dopo è stata mandata una signora per ritirare solo i soldi del aggiunta di un ospite in più che ha non solo invaso la stanza senza nessun rispetto per la privacy e disturbandoci pretendendo anche i soldi della tassa di soggiorno un anticipo e alla mia risposta che devo prelevare mi voleva accompagniare in posta a prelevare e il tutto senza una fattura e anche senza una registrazione dei documenti. Per non parlare del fatto che ho speso 30€ a notte più una aggiunta di 15€ per l'ospite per una stanza che puzzava, priva di aria condizionata,non era insonorizzata come da descrizione, impolverata, asciugamani che pizzicavano addosso,il letto si manteneva per miracolo e una colazione penosa composta solo da fette biscottate, biscotti e confezione di marmellata preparati dalla mattina (infatti per il caldo la marmellata si è aperta e prosciugata), neppure una bottiglina d'acqua e alla richiesta d'acqua mi è stato detto che loro bevevano l'acqua del rubinetto... Comunque un B&B che non consiglierei a nessuno in quanto sono persone arroganti, scostumate e a mio pare non sono in grado di gestire un B&B.

Decent if you are Italian

Check-in experience was terrible because I had to wait outside with my bags for half an hour even though I kept the manager of the place updated about my changing ETA. And by the way he assumes that you can make a local call so he knows what time to arrive to his part-time job of managing the place and checking guests in. He is a decent guy otherwise, but the place also has a bit dirty floors and could use more punctual management. Also the beds are really squeaky so good sleep not guaranteed. Airport is within reasonable enough walking distance away.

More bed than breakfast

Man får vad man betalar för. Ett enkelt rum där du sover. Delad toalett. Rent och helt. Frukost kan man inte kalla det riktigt. Det finns kaffe och te. Och någon brödbit på påse. Trevliga ägare dock. De ger inte sken av att vara mer än vad de är.

weird

It was an overall weird experience. I was unaware that we were supposed to coordinate arrival time with the host (my fault for not reading the fine print) and was very nervous once we realized no one was answering the door. Thankfully, the host was able to meet us at the apartment in a little under 20 minutes. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had a tinted glass door so i did not feel much privacy and the free breakfast was just prepackaged pastries.

B&B Aerpoprto

Trevligt men toalettpappret tog slut. Frukosten är bara några kex och sylt. Lätt att hitta med google maps men det finns ingen skylt som indikerar att du har kommit rätt varken på dörren in till trappuppgången eller dörren till lägenheten, det ser ut som ett helt vanligt lägenhetshus. Killen som checkade in mig var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam! Jättebra WiFi, micro och kokplatta finns.
