"Wir haben ein paar sehr entspannte Tage hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und komfortable eingerichtet. Sollte man trotzdem noch etwas benötigen (z.B. Wäscheständer) braucht man einfach nur kurz fragen. "Pros: Das Chalet war sehr gut ausgestattet, in schöner ruhiger Aussichtslage und durch den Blockhauscharakter urgemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Cons: Die Kommunikation war durch die unterschiedlichen Kanäle nicht kundenfreundlich. Gebucht wurde über ferienwohnungen.de und deren App installiert. Mehrere Aufforderungen zur Eingabe der persönlichen Daten kamen dann von holidu, aber keine Bestätigung, ob die Daten auch beim Gastgeber angekommen sind. Diesen habe ich einmal per Email...

"Très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Salle de bain neuve avec toutes les commodités. Très bon déjeuner complet. Check-in par nous-mêmes très facile et la machine est en plusieurs langues. Nous étions à vélo et pas d’endroit sécurisé pour les mettre. Seulement un support à vélo dehors au garage. Nous avons barré nos vélos là et à notre surprise le lendemain le support avait été déplacé avec nos vélos. Heureusement qu’ils n’ont pas été brisés."

"No elevator, the room can be on the 3rd floor, so you have to carry you suit cases up stairs . Parking is small, they can offer you a parking lot 4 minutes away from the hotel on feet. The rooms are in a good condition. Very good breakfast. Electronic keys are very convenient (you can unlock the entrance and your room via smartphone)."

"Staying at Pension Regina was a much-needed break from a tiring life, and in many ways, it was a peaceful and restful time. However, the bedding had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the odor clung to my pajamas after sleeping in them. The pillows were in such bad condition that we couldn’t use them at all. My husband and I ended up using small cushions instead, but our necks hurt the entire two nights we stayed. Although I didn’t mention it at the time because the owner and her son were very kind and welcoming, I hope these things can be improved for future guests. We also had to keep the window open for fresh air, but there were mosquitoes, and unfortunately, no mosquito repellent or coils were provided, so we had to go to the supermarket ourselves to buy some."
