Alles bestens

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen. Der Gang zum Bäcker beginnt morgens mit dem Blick zum Watzmann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit sowie jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man konnte von da alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, egal ob Supermarkt oder andere Unternehmungen.Gern wieder.

Middle of the road

My initial impression was good. The home is in an ok area. As we settled in we found there was room for improvement. The beds were very noisy anytime you moved, nonstick pans were old and stained. It was close to Legoland and grocery shopping was convenient.

Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in Berchtesgaden.Für sehr viel Unternehmungen sehr gut gelegen.Gastronomie im Ort sehr gut und mit der Gästekarte kann man mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Nulltarif fahren.Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Great spot to explore Berchtesgadenland

The flat was clean and cozy, a close drive to hiking trails and an even closer walk to great restaurants and biergartens! The location in the older part of town was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Home in a beautiful development on the west side of Winter Haven. Close to restaurants and Legoland.

We stayed 8 nights for a family wedding. Had a wonderful experience.

Great Pool

I’ll start off by saying this home has a great heated saltwater pool. The kids loved it! Some noodles and pool toys in the outside bin. The layout of the home is ideal as well (2 bedrooms on one side and main on the other. The kids also loved the games in the garage. Also a great location as it was only 18 minutes to Legoland. Hien was very responsive to any questions I had. The place was pretty stocked with essentials and some extras. However, the main bed was extremely loud, there was some leather or something around the border of the box spring and “creaked” anytime you moved. Also, be advised that there is a freight train that runs almost every 2 hours and blared it’s horn for about 2 minutes. That plus the bed noise kept my wife and I up basically every night. The place was fairly clean, but I always notice little things like very old/dirty base boards, the shower heads looked pretty dirty/moldy (good water pressure though), and all air vents were rusted/very dirty. If not for the bed and the train, this would have been 5 stars, because the pool is great.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung Watzi nur empfehlen. Tolle gemütliche sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Das ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu gehört ist optimal. Lage zum Zentrum top alles in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder

Neu und gemütlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung! Vor allem die Lage ist überragend, da man immer zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum laufen konnte und falls man mal weiter weg wollte, hatte man das Auto nicht weit, dank der Parkgarage :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Berchtesgaden im September

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr praktisch. Im Ort Berchtesgaden sind viele, viele Restaurant, der Bäcker und viele andere Einrichtungen zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt super zentral in Berchtesgaden. Sie ist mit allen wesentlichen Dingen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist perfekt. Und die Organisation im Vorfeld verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
