This apartment features an all new fully equiped kitchen and new appliances (including laundry) that will make your stay even more comfrotable and convenient. This apartment was completely renovated as of September, 2022 and features a private patio area, dedicated parking and secure, keyless entry for easy and quick access and contactless check-in.

Great Base For Our Mtn Biking Vacation
What a great spot and space. The area was quiet and the unit was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's biking distance or a short drive to all the trailheads. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. Again a short walk or drive to downtown where there is ample free parking in the evenings. This certainly makes it easy for an after dinner ice cream and stroll. Even the Crystal Bridges Museum is only a 40 minute walk.

The Benton is close enough to downtown to walk if you choose to. Lots of places to eat, drink, find coffee, groceries nearby. Ample parking. The unit itself was very clean and thoughtfully/tastefully decorated. Everything worked, was easily accessible. Quiet. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Four days was too short!
The Benton was clean and well-appointed with everything two people could possibly want or need. Communication with the owner was easy and his responses were extremely quick. The neighborhood in which the property is located would definitely be classified as “up and coming” but I was never truly concerned for our safety. My boyfriend and I visited Bentonville to mountain bike and we will absolutely be back and would stay at The Benton again.

Excellent Stay
The property is newly renovated and backing my car up to the front door parking spot was a huge convenience. Washer and dryer worked really well too. I also ate all the candy. The TV worked well and so did the wifi. Would’ve been nice to have dresser in the closet. In closing, the mentioned convenience features were great, because at other properties I’ve stayed at, not so great. It’s a quick bike ride or walk to many good restaurants, coffee shops, and the town center.
