The LOCATION! Our cozy, brand new studio apartment is in the heart of downtown Bentonville. We love mid-century furniture, so the airy studio is furnished in a way that feels stylish and homey. The petite patio welcomes guests and an extra wide staircase if you want to store your bike inside!

Tons of natural light, a comfy king-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer -- ideal for single and couple travelers.

The apartment is located behind the Bungalow over the garage.

Great location near the Bentonville Town Square! About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Clean, comfortable safe. Stairs up to loft over top of garage. I stayed for two nights to mountain bike in the area. Very close to Coler and Slaughter Pen.

We had so much fun staying in Bentonville and this studio was in the perfect location.

Everything we needed was there! Close enough to walk downtown, quiet, lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and supplies. We parked Nextdoor bc we had a large suv and the space was small. The steps were nice and wide. The only downside was very little space for clothing but we adapted.

Adorable studio apartment right near downtown square. Up a long flight of stairs, which was not a problem for us.Cute decor, but sofa could have been more comfortable. other than that, it was perfect.

We really enjoyed the place. The location was perfect for easy ride in/ride out and close to anything downtown. Bed was very comfortable and place was well equipped with everything needed.
