Location is excellent for access to Dickson Street, but still plenty of privacy. Has a very nice hotel/condo feel. Be warned that the neighborhood can be a little noisy, but that comes with the territory. I'd love to stay there again.

Extremely close to campus! Enjoyed the views of college life from the balcony and huge windows! It is loud (even in summer) once bars close. Loved having two full baths and proximity to campus and our excursions paddle boarding and hiking. Great property near U of A and lots of bars and restaurants!
Yellow Rock Trail in Devil’s Den 30 minutes away
Marley’s Pizza is downstairs!
Paddle boarding at Beaver Lake! 1hour drive
Piano was a nice touch!

Great Trip at a Great Place

I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We loved the location - on Dickson St in a very safe and secure premises, easy walk to lively/fun locations. Amenities at the loft were very high quality and top-notch. Seriously I have to comment on the comfy bed, best pillows & bedding I want to go buy for my own house. Owners were fabulous: super helpful and always available to answer questions and help out. Having a piano to play was such a treat!

Perfect Fayetteville getaway

This place is so perfect for experiencing everything Fayetteville. It’s absolutely perfect location has amazing views and walking distance to everything downtown or campus. The beds were very comfortable and plenty room for our crew to hangout together. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Apartment Downtown

My friend and I stayed here, we had lots of space and the apartment was beautiful. We had two friends over for dinner and live music with the gorgeous piano. I would stay here again!

Fayetteville Family Fun

Second time at this property and 4th with owners properties.Always clean always easy. Elliott is a great property manager and we love staying at his places. Musicians loft location is awesome and very safe. Parking is amazing Can’t wait to go back

The place had alot of problems but Mr.Elliot was responsive immediately

First Mr. Elliot responds immediately to all problemsThe company he hired to clean is horribleI,the mom had to clean refrigeratorLaundry was left in machineThe TV shelf & bookcases were filled w/dust & dirtyThe beautiful piano was half cleaned w/smudged wipings all overThe Carpet in both bedrooms was filthy w/black stains everywhereToilet in master bathroom was broken, my daughter had to walk to otherside of loft to bathroom this was horrible right after her surgery, then to assist my daughter i had to go in bathroom after her every use & lift toilet top & pull on lever inside tank of water to make toilet flysh my daughter did speak to mr elliot he responded immediately.. it was a beautiful place, oh & when we entered immediately..there was a bug on the wall as we were checking out each room.. I was uneasy as i did not want to to unoack or oepn my bags w/the fear of other bugs getting into my luggage.. It was so centrally located but a let down .. again Mr. Elliot was very responsive but only offered a cleaning fee back to my daughter.. It wasnt a good environment conducive to her healing without worrymaktoflush,she did speak to Mr. Elliot as ntion

Elliot never disappoints Place was beautiful parking and check in super easy Really loved the unit and will be back again If it isn’t available I would find another one of Elliot’s properties.

Great location

This was our second stay at the Musician’s Loft. The location is great for walking to theaters, restaurants and the University of Arkansas campus. The unit is comfortable and well equipped.

Bougie Apartment on Dickson Street

This Dickson mid-rise apartment is a luxurious place with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay; a parking spot, two separate bedrooms with very comfortable King beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms. The train is very loud, especially if it blows between 3 and 6 am but I was aware of it so I brought earplugs and used the sound machine on my phone. Even with the noise, I would recommend this place and would stay here again...
