Tres bon emplacement, pour le reste….déçus

Le point fort de la résidence est son excellent emplacement à Benodet, très proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités, commerces, pharmacie…. La résidence est plutôt agréable, arborée et l’accueil correct. Pour le reste je ne pense pas que le standing de la résidence soit celle d’une 4 étoiles… Propreté à revoir, la cuisine était dégoûtante, les couverts et les placards sales à notre arrivée, le lave vaisselle était plein nous avons du ranger nous même. La poêle était dans un tel état de vétusté que nous avons dû en acheter une neuve. La table de séjour était poisseuse et sale, pas adaptés pour des logements de ce type. Bizarre quand on insiste autant sur l’importance du ménage dans la note remise aux arrivants…. Les lits étaient corrects sauf les oreillers, de très mauvaise qualité. Le wifi était catastrophique, quasi inutilisable, autant ne pas le mentionner dans l’annonce. Nous avons également été déçus par la terrasse donnant sur un parking de voiture, nous n’en avons pas profité du tout. A propos de parking, attention les places sont chères si vous rentrez tôt ça, sinon problème de nombre de places de stationnement, insuffisant. La piscine est bcp trop petite vu le nombre d’occupants, nous avons dû rebrousser chemin plus d’une fois faute de place…. Bref, résidence correcte à condition de ne pas se formaliser sur l’hygiène et de prévoir l’essentiel de votre séjour en dehors de l’appartement…

Sehr nette Apartment Anlage in hervorragender Lage. Strand und Hafen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einige Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt.

Au cœur de Benodet

pas de mauvaise surprise juste un pb sur le parking il faudrait juste mieux contrôler l'accès quand on rentre tard d'excursion, c'est un peu compliqué. Pour le surplus, la résidence est idéalement située à deux pas de la plage et la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus.

Arrivée hors heure d'accueil ET le personnel nous a bien préparé notre arrivée. Lits à faire nous même avec des draps à disposition. Endroit propre grand ET calme résidence bien agencée et calme.
