Decent breakfast, nice room, but the room was way too noisy. Room 101 is too close to the front desk and you can hear everything, including people walking down the halls, etc. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is located in a very convenient location.

Cheerful 3 Bedroom House, 2 Bathrooms, 5 minutes from the interstate
The place was clean and right in the middle of Omaha. Would definitely stay again, was perfect for us! (2 adults with 2 small children).
